  My father went in to purchase a headlight bulb. The employee offered to change the bulb for him. It took two employees to try and figure out how to change a light bulb. They ended up changing the wrong bulb at first. They then attempted to change the correct bulb and could not figure it out. My father told them to just put everything back together and he will have me change it. Not only did they leave a pair of pliers in the engine compartment, but they also broke all of the clips that hold the splash shield down. Instead of acknowledging that they broke them, they just left the splash shield loose and closed the hood. I went to change the light later in the day and found all of this. I brought their pliers back and wanted to bring this to the attention of the general manager. I was told to come back tomorrow. The manager did not want to hear my complaint and refused to hold herself and her employees accountable for their actions. Unfortunately for the very few knowledgeable employees, the incompetent ones ruin this stores reputation and bring down sales. If they cannot properly preform a simple task like changing a light bulb, then they should not be in this industry. I will never be a patron of this store ever again and you shouldn't too.
