  Wanted to give me 1900 on a trade in when i still owe 7500. That would be fine if that's what it's worth. Blue book said 3900.
  
  Ok so I'm adding to this review because I just discovered that in addition to Philips doing a hard inquiry to my credit, which is fine and understandable, 5 other financial institutions ran hard inquiries on my credit. Was this really necessary!!!??? Like 1 isn't good enough? And they did all of these before they even gave me an offer. So in addition to them giving me a ridiculous deal on a vehicle which I declined, they completely destroyed my credit! Steer clear of this place. It's nothing but scam artists.
